Exterior Improvements

Exterior improvements to your condo MUST BE APPROVED by Capital Property Solutions (CPS) before the work is started. These improvements include, but are not limited to, the following: 

• Building a new deck or patio, including making changes to an existing deck or patio
• Adding a privacy fence 
• Changing or adding landscaping outside your unit 
• Adding a storm/screen door to your unit 
• Installing a satellite dish for television

• Installing a radon mitigation system

• Installing any outdoor lighting fixtures
